A gorgeous wooden wall hanging is an inspired gift for a 5th wedding anniversary - traditionally associated with wooden gifts! Use it as a custom wedding sign and then display at home as a memory of the day. Perfect as a new home gift, maybe use the street name. And just wonderful as a graduation present to remember those years spent at uni.

We've been making destination art prints since 2010 and now we're delighted to offer them on wood. A beautiful and sustainable way to add instant joy and colour to your hallway, home office, or gallery wall.

Choose between small and large to work with the space you have. If you have a lot of characters to fit on a small sign, we'll scale to fit OR stack the words. Please let us know if you have a design in mind, or would like to see a proof. Similarly, if you have a short place name and you want the larger sign, we'll try to scale to fill.

There are 29 background colours to choose from as standard, but if you want something you can't see, just ask us. You could also go rogue and have the background white and choose another colour for the text. It's all custom-made for you, so special requests are no trouble at all!

Made From:

Crafted from sustainably sourced 4mm cherry veneer wood, each wooden destination is UV printed for a colourfast, wipeable finish that lasts a lifetime. 

No nails or frames required. You can artfully prop this sign on a shelf, or mantlepiece, or use an adhesive wall pad of your choice (not included). If you do want to hang in the traditional way, you could gluing some framing d-rings to the back of the wooden board.

The smaller destination sign measures 395 x 147mm

The larger destination sign measures 595 x 147 mm

You can choose whichever sign size you like, and we will scale the place name to fit. Just please be aware that a very small name, like Bath, on a large sign will have more space around it!

Founded in 2010, Betsy Benn is a unique online shop for unique and unusual stationery, gifts, and artwork. Led by Betsy herself, our small, all-female team is passionate about helping you to tell your story through design, and we love hearing and reading your stories.

All of our products are created in house and are made to order. For items that do not require proofing, we aim to post within 1-2 days of you placing your order. Items that require a proof will take a little longer and we will only post once you are completely happy with the design. If you have ordered a framed print or a canvas, then this will add around a week to the whole process.

If you have a date that you need something by, please let us know and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.

  • Standard delivery is £2.75 and free to all postcodes within mainland UK on orders over £25. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to provide a fully trackable service.
  • Express delivery is £6.95. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for this service.
  • International delivery is £12. We use Royal Mail's Tracked international service.
  • For large bulk orders  additional courier charges will apply. Please contact us for a quote.

FAQs

We make almost everything in house, so if something needs a little tweak to make it extra personal for your person then just ask. If we can do it we will let you know! There may be a small charge depending on how big the change is.

Yes, we can gift wrap all our notebooks and diaries, and all of our Christmas tree decorations. You can select that option at checkout. We don’t gift wrap our rolled prints, but they do come in beautiful tissue paper. We also can’t wrap our framed prints as they are sent direct from the framer. If you have an extra special request then just get in touch and we’ll see if we can help.

Absolutely. We love helping to surprise your loved ones with a gift in the post! Just pop their name and address in the delivery section at checkout and don’t forget to include a gift message so they know who it’s from. We will make sure they don’t see the price on the paperwork.

Oh, we know this feeling. Express is available on most of our products so you can upgrade to a faster delivery service. The make time for each product is also displayed in the sections above. But if it’s super urgent, you can always drop us an extra email to Catherine@betsybenn.co.uk to let us know. Please note we don’t work or post anything on Fridays.
