Each quote word art is individually created and emailed as a PDF proof to you for your approval before printing. We normally e-mail the proof within 1-2 days of accepting your order, so please keep a look out for it. This is the perfect time to check for any typos and to make sure you are happy with the overall look and design.

Once approved, your stunning wall art is created by lasering your words onto a specialised metallic background and is then professionally framed in black by our expert framers using FSC approved wood.

Please note we can only deliver framed prints to address in mainland UK. We can request a quote for overseas delivery if you have your heart set on it and give you an indication of cost and delivery times before you place your order.

All of our products are created in house and are made to order. For items that do not require proofing, we aim to post within 1-2 days of you placing your order. Items that require a proof will take a little longer and we will only post once you are completely happy with the design. If you have ordered a framed print or a canvas, then this will add around a week to the whole process.

- Standard delivery is £2.75 and free to all postcodes within mainland UK on orders over £25. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to provide a fully trackable service.
- Express delivery is £6.95. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for this service.
- International delivery is £12. We use Royal Mail's Tracked international service.
- For large bulk orders additional courier charges will apply. Please contact us for a quote.
