Before you choose the photo you'd like to send us, please refer to the gallery of images for a short guide on what makes a good image. You can upload your image when placing your order or you can e-mail your photo to rachel@betsybenn.co.uk
- Please send us a good quality high-resolution image. Every pixel counts! Images taken on phones are normally good enough, but we need the original image and not a screenshot. If you only have a printed photograph, then take a photo of it using your phone. Make sure it's laid out flat with no shadows cast over the photo.
- Check your composition. The very best images have your subject in the middle of the frame. If we have any concerns we'll contact you before we start the design.
- Make sure the image is well lit and in focus. A blurry or dark image will impact the final artwork. Pay special attention to any areas of greater shadow or very bright light as these will be magnified by the filter.

Items that require a proof will take a little longer and we will only post once you are completely happy with the design. If you have ordered a framed print or a canvas, then this will add around a week to the whole process.
If you have a date that you need something by, please let us know and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.
- Standard delivery is £2.75 and free to all postcodes within mainland UK on orders over £25. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to provide a fully trackable service.
- Express delivery is £6.95. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for this service.
- International delivery is £12. We use Royal Mail's Tracked international service.
- For large bulk orders additional courier charges will apply. Please contact us for a quote.
