The beautiful full moon is made from poplar wood which has been coated at the front with a silvery metallic surface. We then engraved an actual photo of the moon from NASA's archives to achieve a realistic and amazing piece of Christmas art!
You can then choose either a wooden boy, or wooden girl to be actually Lassooing The Moon, and yes, the twine that they are Lassooing the moon with is tied with a proper lasso knot.

The children are made from a cherry wood veneer and the moon is laser engraved on a metallic acrylic which is then attached to the poplar wooden disc. The "lasso" is made from bakers twine.
